Refunds Policy

It should be noted that nothing in the Selfmed Medical Scheme Refund Policy is intended to limit the member’s statutory rights in any way.

All refunds will be subject to the Registered Scheme Rules. Any legitimate refund, will be paid directly into the member’s nominated banking account.

Member Cancellation Policy

As per the Registered Scheme Rules, members are required to give the Scheme 1 calendar months’ notice, should they decide to cancel their, or any of their dependants’ membership.
